Can’t Find Your Order?
We have noticed some challenges arise with our shopping cart in the recent past that have caused a bit of confusion. In an effort to help serve you better, please communicate with us here about any problems you may have had.
For example, if someone submits their order and “double clicks” the submit button, an error occurs because it appears to the shopping cart someone is submitting their order twice.
Or when someone tries to put another order in within a really short period of time…say, just a few moments, another error occurs because it appears the shopping cart is being spammed.
Of course these all can be innocent actions, but the computer can’t always tell. If you submitted your order and have not received an order confirmation…or you did, but the process seemed odd to you. Please tell us about it below.
Also, if you have attempted to check the status of your order online, but your order does not appear for some reason, please let us know that as well. Just provide your last name and date of purchase, and we will research your order for you.

On 11/23/07 I placed an order for eight rolls of wallpaper. 4 florentine stone and 4 script tuscan red. This was my second order this month. I failed to print the invoice when ordering and the only thing I received from you was an electronic receipt. The reference number was [edited]. I tried to check the status of my order but it did not recognize the reference #. Please advise.

Hi Sean,
I just emailed you with your order number & the status of your order. The reference number you gave is the electronic receipt for the actual charge on your credit card. You should have all the info about your order in the email I just sent. Let me know if you have trouble receiving the email.

I placed an order for Atlanta Braves wallpaper border on 11/22/07. The amount was drafted from my checking account on 11/26/07. We still have not received the border and would like to check the status on the order.

I just sent you another email on the status of this order. The item is temporarily out of stock until the first of January. I’m sorry. You may cancel prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Otherwise it will ship as soon as the stock becomes available. Would you like to continue to wait for it?
