Our Return Policy (NEW! Revised 11/29/14):

Unopened uncut rolls of wallpaper or bolts of border are returnable within 30 days for a 25% restocking charge. Cut rolls, to include “Mini-Rolls” (partial rolls) of PaperIllusion wallpaper, are not returnable unless damaged or defective. Wall Decals are not returnable. Any damaged or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of order shipment for a full refund.

Our Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment and receive a full refund. However, once an item has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At that time the above return policy applies. To request a cancellation, please contact tywiggle-at-gmail.com and include your name and invoice number. An order is not considered “cancelled” until verification is made that we have cancelled it.
