To keep overhead costs low, we do not have a toll free number nor do we publish a phone number to accept customer service calls. Instead we have put together an online help desk for your convenience.

Due to low overhead costs, we are able to offer heavy discounts on all of our wallcovering products. Answers to most questions can be found in our Knowledge Base or by checking the status of an order online. When further assistance is needed, you may contact us online and we will respond to your request within one (1) business day.

Are there any shipping charges?

Unless specified otherwise, all orders purchased at totalling $500 or more ship FREE. Samples also ship FREE. Orders under $500 are charged a flat $9.95 processing fee unless stated otherwise.

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will ship via 2nd Day Air and those charges will apply, unless stock is available from our local warehouse. In those cases flat shipping rates will be applied if USPS First Class or Flate Rate Priority envelopes can be used.

Orders may be picked up at our location in rural Central Virginia (contact us for details).

We are proud to support our American troops in a small way by shipping to any post worldwide. Actual shipping costs apply with no handling charges.

Can I pay to get my order quicker?

There are several carriers used to ship our products, depending on the shipper. 

UPS or FEDEX 2nd Day Air is available for a minimum shipping charge of $20 on orders being dropshipped from the manufacturer. This option will be indicated at the time of checkout if it is available. The choices given are Ground or 2nd Day Air.

Expedited/express shipping is available for eBay purchases for the actual cost plus a $4.95 service fee for shipments under $100 and $9.95 for shipments over $100. Please contact us for in-stock verification before requesting overnight services. Overnight packages will leave by 4PM the business day FOLLOWING payment. We accept no responsibility for delivery time once the package leaves our possession.

2nd Day Air indicates the shipping method used. It does not indicate the order will arrive within two (2) days of your placing the order. But rather, when the manufacturer ships the item, usually within 2 business days of your placing the order, the shipping method will be 2nd day as opposed to ground delivery.

If you live in the northeast, the normal time (once order is shipped) for UPS or FedEx Ground is 2 to 3 business days. If you live in Texas or on the west coast, it takes 5 to 8 business days. Business days include Monday through Friday.

Orders filled from our local warehouse in Central Virginia will not have this option. These orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, First Class (under 13 ounces) or Parcel Post at our discretion. UPS Ground will be used on occasion at our discretion. Delivery Confirmation is included with all services. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped to a Virginia address will be charged a sales tax of 5%.

Do you sell outside of the USA?

At this time we are only offering products for sale within the USA.  The ship-to address must be in the USA, and the credit card must have a USA billing address.

Why was my PayPal payment denied?

Paypal is offered as a method of payment for the convenience of our customers. While we prefer payments made by credit cards, we understand the ease and popularity in payments using a PayPal account.

On occasion the need will arise to deny a PayPal payment. This is done to protect ourselves from possible fraudulent activity. The following reasons are why a payment may be denied:

  • When the ship-to address does not match the bill-to address. This means an “unconfirmed address” is being used. Paypal will not guarantee payment to us if a package is sent to an unconfirmed address, therefore we may not accept payments for transactions sent to an address that is different than the billing address used.
  • When the user is “unverified”, meaning they do not have an account set up with PayPal that has been verified with a bank account or credit card account. Due to the ease in fraudulent transactions in these cases, Paypal will not always honor payments from an unverified user.
  • When large payments (over $100) are sent from a verified user with little or no history of transactions on PayPal.  

If ever a PayPal payment is denied, the customer is always given the option to pay by Credit Card (drawn on a US bank) or mail in a Money Order (payable in US Dollars). Personal checks and Paypal e-check payments are not accepted.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover), Money Order and Paypal. We do not accept business or personal checks. Credit card payments are accepted via our secure online merchant account.

For purchases made on eBay, an email will be sent to your eBay email address within moments of your purchase and will read “Congratulations! Ebay item #(item number)” from the sender, Wallpaper Trends. This email contains a link to our extremely safe and efficient 128 bit digitally signed and encrypted shopping cart that features state-of-the-art technology and ease of use.

If paying by Credit Card, only cards drawn on a US bank will be accepted.

If paying by Paypal and the option is not given at the time of checkout, please email support @ for assistance. Payments over $100 may not be accepted if from an unverified user with little or no history on Paypal. Money Orders are to be made payable to: WiggleWigal LC and mailed along with a copy of your order to: WiggleWigal LC, PO Box 601, Palmyra, VA 22963. If purchase was made on eBay, please include your user id and eBay item number so we may be able to identify the payment and process your order more efficiently.

All payments for eBay purchases are due within 10 days of the transaction end unless otherwise arranged. Products will not ship prior to payment.

We do not accept phoned-in credit card payments as we process all credit cards online. The process of a phoned-in credit card is inefficient, redundant, cost ineffective and is MUCH LESS secure than our state-of-the-art 128 bit digitally signed and encrypted shopping cart. While a phone call can make a buyer feel safer, the reality is a less secure and more expensive process.
